Tuorel Stoica was born on the 7th of September 1954 in Braila. He played as a central midfielder and gathered 15 caps for the National Team.

His trophies are one European Super Cup won in 1987, one Champions Cup in 1986, 4 Romanian Cups  and 7 Romanian Championships, all won with Steaua Bucharest
